Cloud 9’s Commitment

Cloud 9 is committed to extraordinary client relations and passionate service. These goals are accomplished through constant awareness of customer needs, education, and training to staff members.

Ambiance:

Our goal is to provide a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. We want you to have a wonderful experience at Cloud 9 Spa and Salon.

To uphold this we will:
  • Notify you a few days before to confirm your appointment.
  • Schedule standing appointments for our regular clients who request a particular technician or date/time.
  • Allow enough time for every appointment so we are on time for you.
  • Provide you with educated and professional therapists, technicians, and stylists.
In return we ask that you:
  • Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check in, changing, and relaxation. Arriving late will result in the loss of time toward your service, but you will still be charged the full amount.
  • If you have special medical conditions or are pregnant, please notify our staff.
  • For the peaceful enjoyment of all our clients, we respectfully request all cell phones be turned off prior to entering the salon.
  • Although we do love them, we would appreciate it if you could make alternate arrangements for babies and children prior to your appointment. The salon and spa environment is not safe for them and also may be of a disturbance to other guests.
  • Please secure valuables, as Cloud 9 will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client, so know that you must vacate treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Give honest feedback to the therapist, owner, receptionist, etc., as operation personnel cares to know if your spa and salon experiences were as expected.

Scheduling:

We recommend that you schedule your future appointments for both weekday and weekend treatments at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome and we will do our best to accommodate them in a timely manner.

Cancellations:

Cloud 9 Spa and Salon wants to offer our clients access to available appointments, and at the same time, retain our great employees by allowing them to maintain a steady flow of business. In order to do this, we ask for a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice.
Guests are asked to hold appointments with credit card confirmation. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to card account.

What to bring:

Robes, slippers, towels, and other amenities are provided for your convenience. Unless otherwise instructed, you will not need to bring special items from home. Note: If you are receiving a pedicure, you may choose to bring some open-toed shoes to wear home.
